We are building & deploying tools to comprehensively measure tissues across space & time.

We aim to develop technologies for thoroughly profiling human tissues anywhere. To ensure relevance to human physiology and pathology, we prioritize clinical isolates. This helps reduce potential translation gaps associated with data-derived insights, but often dramatically constrains what can be collected.

By overcoming technical barriers, we help identify putative drivers of disease to validate, fulfilling our ethical commitments to those who partner with us through donating tissues. We also work to democratize access to these methods to facilitate deeper understanding of human diseases around the world.

Glycans regulate multiple physiological processes, including immune recognition and cancer progression. In disease, altered glycan landscapes are interpreted by human lectins. Functional glycan-lectin interactions are difficult to profile because glycans are not genome-encoded and their changes are poorly captured by existing multimodal methods.
