Biography
Vincent is a graduate student in the Medical Engineering & Medical Physics PhD program in the Harvard-MIT Division of Health Sciences & Technology. In the Shalek Lab, he is interested in applying single-cell genomics technologies toward understanding the immune landscape in the setting of various infectious diseases. He is also interested in technology development within the lab – creating platforms to probe further data modalities with single-cell resolution.
A Boston native, Vincent moved south to obtain a B.S.E. in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University in 2018. There, he primarily worked in the lab of Ashutosh Chilkoti designing bio-inspired drug and cell delivery systems. Outside of the lab, Vincent is an avid sailor, scuba diver, and hiker. Also, between his love of the Boston-area professional sports teams and Duke Basketball, he might hold the title of most obnoxious sports fan ever.
